Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled from your account before they are packed and shipped. Once an order reaches the packed stage it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned after delivery under our return policy.
How to cancel
Open the order in your account and select Cancel this order, or contact us with your order number.
Refunds on cancellation
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
